"This would be my second time trying Tono Izakaya. The first time I had it at their TTDI outlet, for some reason the experience was better this time at their Publika Outlet. The food was great and staff were welcoming. My favourite fish of the evening would be the salmon carpaccio. Just the right balance of flavours and tartness to wet your appetite. While I would personally consider the price to be a little steep, I would recommend it for a special occasion or treat once in a while."
